Members Division 322:

In regard to the grievance filed August 4th, 2003 for Medicine Hat Running Trade Employees running long onto the Swift Current Subdivision prior to the TCRC reaching an agreement with Canadian Pacific Railway to do so, please find attached the resolve to this issue reached between the Western General Chairmen and the Company.

The employees named in the settlement will be compensated 100 miles for each claim submitted at the applicable rate for the date the claim was submitted. The Company has indicated to Division 322 that these claims will be paid on the pay cheque for Pay Period 05. All employees named in the grievance resolve are requested to verify on your pay stub for Pay Period 05 that these payments are made.
